Itinerary for this tour :

Arrival to Cancun, transfer to your Hotel located in the Downtown area of Cancun.

You will depart today by public bus towards the Mayan City of Chichén Itzá. a UNESCO world heritage site. You will get a chance to appreciate some of the most important Mayan temples like The Kukulcan Pyramid, the Chac Mool Temple, the ball game field and the temple of the thousand columns.
After visiting Chichén Itzá, you will travel towards Mérida. Mérida is known as the "White City" due to the clear colors if its buildings. The city is full of art galleries and tourist shops, which can be appreciated mainly at the "Paseo de Montejo", which is Merida's most important avenue named after Francisco de Montejo, the city's founder.

You will get picked up in the early morning at your Hotel to visit the legendary Mayan Puuc Sites of Uxmal and Kabah. The first stop will be Uxmal, where we will appreciate the pyramid of the Magician, the largest Mayan temple in the Puuc Zone and The Nunnery Quadrangle which is the finest of Uxmal's several quadrangles of long buildings with elaborately carved façades. After the tour in Uxmal, we will visit the archaeological site of Kabah. Kabah is known particularly for the palace of masks. The palace is 151 feet long and contains ten chambers arranged in two tiers of five each; the chambers of each pair are built one directly behind the other, with a single outside doorway for each pair.

Transfer by bus to the city of Campeche. On arrival, we will get a chance to visit this charming city. During the XVIth and XVIIth century, the city of Campeche was assaulted by Pirates in the region, which forced the spanish crown to build a defense system formed by large walls, forts and other ancient military equipment, which can still be appreciated today. Campeche's historical centre and its old neighborhoods are considered a UNESCO world heritage site.

Depart Campeche towards the town of Xpujil, located in the south of the Yucatan Peninsulla. On arrival, visit the archaeological site of Chicanna, with its impressive temple district and fabulous facades.

You will have a daytrip today to visit the archaeological site of Calakmul. Calakmul was one of the main Mayan city-states of the Classic perid, and its empire rivaled with the neighboring cities of Palenque and Tikal. The site is particularly known for some of its "estelas", or Mayan monolites.

Depart Xpujil in the morning and arrive to the city of Playa del Carmen to enjoy the white sandy caribbean beaches
